Built to carry the full scope.
THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR is a Jakarta-based EPC contractor working on factories, warehouses, and commercial buildings across Greater Jakarta and the surrounding industrial belt.
We are a new company, and we are not going to pretend to a decades-long track record. What we can show you is the method: a work sequence written out in full, inspectable deliverables at every phase, and the questions we ask before quoting a number. All of it is on this site for you to judge.
How we work
Not company values on a wall, but rules that actually change the decisions we make on a project.
-
Problems found early, not found cheaply
A change in Phase 01 costs almost nothing. The same change in Phase 05 means demolishing finished work. So we spend more time at the front, and we decline to skip the feasibility study just to look fast.
-
One accountable party, not a chain of nominations
When design, procurement, and construction sit with different parties, the gaps between them land on the owner. We hold all three so there is no room to point at each other when something goes wrong.
-
Numbers come with their accuracy attached
We call our early estimate ±25 per cent because that is what it is. We do not quote one confident figure up front and then invoice the difference as scope change mid-project.
-
Documentation is part of the work
As-builts, test results, O&M manuals, and certificates are not administrative attachments. Your maintenance team will use them for decades, and without them the occupancy certificate does not issue.
-
Safety is measured, not displayed
Worker induction, periodic inspection, and incident reporting are recorded. We report the numbers to the client, including when the numbers are not good.
What we will not do
More useful to know up front than to discover mid-project.
- Quoting a rate per square metre before seeing the soil conditions, utility requirements, and floor specification.
- Signing off another party’s design without reviewing it and issuing the findings in writing.
- Handing over a building before the occupancy certificate and statutory inspections are closed, because that exposure lands on the owner.
- Accepting a programme that is only achievable by skipping material testing or commissioning.
The eight-phase work sequence is the most concrete part of how we work.

Send the outline: location, approximate area, process type, and target production start. We will come back with the questions that need answering before any number means anything.
