Phase 05 in short
Civil and structural work is the most visible part of the project and the hardest to correct if it goes wrong. Floor flatness tolerance, column plumbness, and the accuracy of steel holding-down bolts determine whether machinery can be installed later without expensive shimming. Everything runs under an active safety plan with documented material testing, because those test results are what gets attached to the occupancy certification later.
What we do

Mobilisation, site office, hoarding, haul roads, and activation of the safety plan including worker induction.

Land clearing, cut and fill, compaction, and surface water control through the wet season.

Foundations per the geotechnical report: driven piles, bored piles, or pad footings, followed by pile caps and tie beams.

Reinforced concrete frame: columns, beams, slabs, and stairs, with slump testing and cylinder or cube compressive testing.

Production floor slab with flatness tolerance control, including floor hardener or epoxy substrate preparation.

Steel fabrication and erection: columns, rafters, purlins, bracing, and crane runway beams where required.

Yard paving for container traffic, drainage channels, inspection pits, and retaining walls.

Questions about this phase
- Can work continue through the rainy season?
- Most of it can, given temporary drainage, protection over pour areas, and a resequenced work plan. What we avoid is soil compaction and large pours during heavy rainfall, because the quality cannot be guaranteed.
- How flat can the production floor be made?
- It depends on the requirement. A warehouse with high racking and VNA forklifts demands a far tighter tolerance than a general production area. The target is agreed back in Phase 02 because it drives the pour method and the cost.
